Decent & Safe Breakfast.

Me n da missus had ourselves a slice of chilled papaya each to begin with.  This was later followed by a bowl of rolled oats with Manuka honey, sprinkled with raisins and an assortment of nuts.

A steaming mug of Arabica coffee for me and chocolate for wifey.
And thats breakfast for us!
Trust all of you enjoyed yours.

Over to our 2 grand daughters now.
